On A Boat

Water seems to be the theme of our blog....we LOVE to be on the water.  A few weeks ago, Thatcher & Ledger came to visit.  We enjoyed an evening riding in the boat.

Swimsuit Model

A week or so ago, I scheduled Chandler a swimsuit photo shoot.  A local photographer was offering mini-sessions at the river & it was really fun to take part in it.  I knew Chandler would have a blast!!

She looks so grown up in this picture.

2012 Weir Cousin Reunion

Our Pop comes from a big family.  Several years ago, Mommy's cousins realized that we were only seeing each other at funerals.  We decided to do something about it & plans were begun to have the Weir Cousin Reunion.  We decided that we would meet somewhere for the weekend & our parents (Weir children) were not invited.  After the 1st weekend, we knew we would continue to meet!  It was so much fun!!

The best part of the whole weekend.....the kids have so much fun hanging out with each other.  Ethan (Dan's son), Cheney, and Caden (Pam's grandson) had a great time playing video games.  

The girls enjoyed hanging out & talking.  Debbie (Richard's daughter), Pam (Nay Dell's daughter), Ashley (Tommy's daughter), Mommy, & Melody (Dan's wife)--every time we are together we can all talk & laugh like great friends.

Amy (Renee's daughter) and Megan (Alan's daughter) enjoyed a ride in Dan's boat.

There are only a few Weir great granddaughters!!  Chan had to stick together with Megan and Amy!!

Amy pushed her brother TJ out on the jet ski.  It was so fun to see the bigger great grand kids helping the younger great grand kids all weekend long.

There goes Ethan & Cheney off on the tube!!  It was fun!!

Weir grand kids.....Ashley, Debbie, Alan, Pam, Dan, Renee, Lisa, & Jennifer.  We were missing a few & hope they will join us next year.

Grand kids with their spouses......I am so thankful that everyone sees the importance of getting together to share.  I love hearing stories about our family!!

Basketball

Cheney has started playing on an AAU basketball team.  He LOVES basketball as much as he loves soccer.  His team has played in 2 tournaments so far.  They have a lot of work to do but are having fun!
