Cheney is an officer for the Student Council at his school. The Student Council rode on a float in the Christmas Parade. Cheney always has fun!
This is Chad, Cheney (parliamentarian), Cole (vice president), and RJ (president). Cole and RJ are Cheney's best buds!!
The parade is always pretty with all the lighted floats!!
