It was Saturday afternoon & we were all just sitting around the house...being bored, flipping channels & suddenly, I thought: WE SHOULD GO TO THE RIVER & GO FOR A SWIM!! So, we packed everyone up--Lance included & headed for the Guadalupe River. It was so fun!!
The weather in Texas today was about as perfect as you are gonna get....cool in the morning & warm in the afternoon with beautiful blue skies!!

The area by the dam is the perfect place to drop an anchor & swim.....she loves posing for the camera...sometimes her sassiness scares me!!

Lance finally went for a swim....he had fun!!
After we swam, Cheney decided to ski. Honestly, I had my doubts about him skiing. He hasn't skiied since May, but he proved me wrong & popped up on the 1st try!! WAY TO GO BUBBA!!
Lance watching Cheney while he skis....yes, we are missing a windshield. It was a casualty of the flood. We are in line to get it fixed but there are other boats ahead of us!!
Lance enjoyed his 1st boat ride!!
Chandler loves riding in the boat & looking cute. I have no idea where she gets that from!!
Saturday was the perfect TEXAS day!!
