I always want to be thought of as the "cool mom." Cheney had a mohawk last summer & many people couldn't believe that we let him to do that......my response: it is just hair! Anyway, he has one again this summer. This past weekend, I let him bleach it.

That is way cool!!
He certainly draws looks,finger- pointing and head-shaking from some "mature" adults; high-fives and "cool hair dude" from the young adults; "Mom, I like his hair" comments from the younger set. All the while, I notice his Mommy and Daddy smile and pat him on the back. Guess that makes them the "cool" parents. WAY TO GO Mom and Dad.

Way to go Cheney. I don't think Grandma would let Ernie have a mohawk, but I think it is okay for you to have one. You are a great kid. It soon will be time to cut it off for school and that is okay. You at least had it for the summer.
