We haven't had much rain in South Texas. The other afternoon, it rained. The kids were so excited that they ran outside to play in the rain!!

That's exactly what I do when it rains! (We don't get much in Utah either)
Just glad we were able to keep her panties on. If you think about it, the kids haven't seen rain much lately. I would have danced in the rain if I didn't need to go somewhere. Too bad it didn't last long.

It rains A LOT here in Alabama! We went to see family and I let the kids go out to play in the rain and they LOVED it!
