Mini Olympics

Whew....today was a busy day!! We started out at T-Ball this morning. As soon as the game was over, we jumped in the truck and drove to gymnastics. Cheney changed out of his uniform into gym clothes while his sister squealed because he was NAKED!! Here are pictures from Mini Oympics. This year, he was actually judged on his skills. He got 2 3rd place ribbons, 2 2nd place ribbons, and 2 1st place ribbons!!

The Parallel Bars....this was difficult for Cheney because he had to do a skill he hadn't learned yet. He was the only boy from his class to enter the Mini Olympics so they combined him with the bigger boy class. The instructor showed him how to do the skill right before he tried it. He did a great job!! I was impressed!!
