So, Daddy went hunting this weekend for the 1st time since the kids have been born. He didn't shoot a deer, but he did shoot a pig. Tonight, the kids had their 1st wild pig. It was pretty good. I was a little skeptical, but I would try it again....

The best quesadilla's are BBQ pork... Throw some in a crock pot for a few hours with some BBQ sauce, try that...yummmy!
