The other night, Chandler & I were sitting on the couch watching TV. Here is our conversation....
Chandler: Mommy, did you know that girls wear lipstick and boys do not?
Mommy: You are right.
Chandler: Mommy, did you know that boys wear wallets full of money and girls carry purses that are full of makeup?
Mommy: Really? Who do you know whose wallet is full of money?
Chandler: Pop!!
I told her to stay with the boys whose wallets are full of money!! It is so amazing to have this conversation with her. This time last year, she was not talking at all!! After a year of working with the speech therapist & early childhood interventionist, she is talking NONSTOP!! YAY!!
