Hard To Believe......

Three years ago today, I was thinking that I had about 3 more weeks before we became a family of 4!! Little did I know that in less than 24 hours, I would be here.....
labor
This day is so vivid in my mind--I got up like any other day & went to work. I taught ALL DAY never knowing that you would be born the same day!!

Is the day your child was born still vivid in your mind? I mean, I can still remember the conversations I had with people, who I ate lunch with, and what was said to me!! I had no idea that I was in labor!! After the fact, people told me that I didn't look so good that day....THANKS A LOT PEOPLE!!

What a glorious Friday that was. Just like a girl--she presented us with a few scary moments right after she was born and a few scary days when she was just 6 wk. old. All in all, she has been a delight. We are looking forward to a TON of delightful happy days with Chandler. Thank you, Mommy and Daddy, for letting MeMe and Pop be such a big part of her life.

I remember the day my daughter was born like it was yesterday...and that was over 17 years ago.

I also remember anticipating Chandler's arrival. What a blessing she has been to your family!

I remember when you were pregnant with Chandler--not that day specifically, but the next {school}day! I was in your mom's Pre-Cal class and the next Monday {I assume} she was showing off emailed pictures and she was so proud!!

I guess Ian and Chandler had the same plan... the same day... the same hospital... both three weeks early!

Happy early birthday, Chandler!

Of course, I remember the day my oldest was born. Complete with who had come for dinner and wouldn't leave, what the hospital kept saying on that snowy night, and how you entered this world less than one hour after I walked into the emergency room, across the hospital, and up the elevator. The nurses told me "no time for labor room, medication, etc. Next time don't wait so long!" What a delight you have been.

What a surprise Chandler was to us that day. Who would have thought you would be able to teach all day and then a few hours later be giving birth!
