Many of you know that Chandler has been seeing a Early Childhood Specialist because she is/was speech delayed. She is talking soooo much lately--however, she doesn't talk when Ms. Kathy (her speech therapist) comes to visit!! I guess she is stubborn....like many other people in this family...I won't name any names!! Her voice is so cute. It just makes my heart melt. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. We always ask, "How much do you love me?" and she stretches her arms wide. The other day I asked her, thinking that I would get the same answer, but she put her fingers together and said "A little" while running off with a giggle...
Anyway, I wanted to share her voice with you. I know some of you were worried about her while others weren't. She is just so much fun!!

How absolutely precious! Many said she would talk when she was ready. I agree--she has a sweet voice.
That's so sweet, Lisa. She's adorable. Both your kids are. I have a friend whose nephew goes to therapy though I'm not exactly sure what the deal is for Dakota. He speaks to his family but hardly anyone else. Not even his therapists.
Aww. What a sweetheart. My first born was speech delayed and it didn't worry me until everyone else started making an issue of it. I knew she would do it in her OWN time, and she did. I remember hearing from a select group that agreed with me, "One day you won't be able to get her to be quiet" ......and it's true. She is SUCh a talker and is 11 now. You are right, her voice is precious. BTW-Thanks for the encouraging comment on my blog. It really meant a lot to me and thanks for finally leaving a comment!! :)
Chandler,
We love you and miss you, too. Thanks for the sweet message. Give a hug to Cheney. Keep up the great swimming. Give us a call sometime--we can chat! Love you lots, Uncle Jeff & Aunt Kerry
