Freedom Fiesta!

Freedom Fiesta is an annual celebration that is held in our town. It is a 3-day event. Tonight was opening night & admission was free. So we invited the Wallaces over for dinner, then we walked downtown to see what was going on & also to go to our favorite coffee shop...
The weather was beautiful....a little humid, but after eating dinner the walk was nice (and we all could use the exercise!!)

Cheney immediately wanted to get in the moon bounce. I don't really understand this...he has a trampoline at MeMe's, but he always wants to jump in the moonbounce.

Chandler wanted to get in too...

After jumping, we headed over to the Army booth. They were making dogtags with the kids name on them. Cheney wanted to climb the rockwall, but you had to have on tennis shoes to climb...who wears tennis shoes in the summer?? Oh well, maybe next time...

Proudly showing off their tags...

The fountain is sooo inviting...

We headed over to the coffee shop for drinks & dessert.

D & D looking cool...

After a snack break, we went back to get tattooed...Cheney showing off his baseball. Too bad Deano wasn't there, Cheney really wanted to show Deano.

The girls looking cute. They wouldn't take a bath tonight because they have to have their tattos for the parade tomorrow!!

Cheney was still hungry so he bought chicken-on-a-stick.

Looking sweet...

We hung out by the fountain for a while listening to the band. I love the colors the fountain changes to. It is just a pretty sight. This is why I love living in a small town!!

Daddy & Cheney being silly

Tomorrow is the Parade and 4th of July Celebration at MeMe's. Check back later this weekend!!
