This is our 1st full day in Huatulco. We all slept in (except for DEAN!!) & relaxed with our coffee. Before breakfast, Daddy & I joined Dean & Darla for a walk to explore the area where we were staying. The area was called Bahia Conejos. There were lots of houses...most of them for rent in this cove.
A neat view...our house was the one right in the center of this picture. 
The area was very hilly. We enjoyed walking down...
But we had to walk up to get home...our street was on the right.
This picture was taken when we were looking through a gate at another house...this house has an AWESOME view!!
Darla was playing around with the coconuts.
After breakfast, we took the kids to the beach in our area....it was REALLY crowded!! HAHA
We were the only ones here...
Deano enjoyed snorkeling...After doing pretty much NOTHING all day, we got dressed & went into town for dinner.

This is one of the signature dishes of the area...Shrimp Huatulco. It was YUMMY!! A half of a pineapple with shrimp, bell pepper, pineapple chunks baked with cheese on top. I think we will try it at home soon.

Shrimp Huatulco!! Really different and VERY good. I think I would like to have it again tomorrow.
OH MY GOSH! EVERYTIME I LOOK AT THESE PICTURES IT MAKES ME WANT TO GO BACK!!! THERE HAS NOT BEEN A DAY GO BY THAT I HAVEN'T TOLD SOMEONE OF OUR MARVELOUS TRIP! THANKS AGAIN FOR INCLUDING US! CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
